Objective Software GmbH is happy to announce that the company has been acquired by Luxoft Holding, Inc. The publicly traded (NYSE:LXFT) IT service provider is based in Zug, Switzerland and runs operations for hundreds of clients worldwide.

For Objective, this milestone marks the beginning of the next phase of our growth. It’s even more exciting that we’re embarking on this journey in our 20th anniversary year.

In this time, Objective Software has grown significantly. The diversification of our portfolio has helped drive this success; from contracting in the communications sector to working with suppliers we’ve helped to connect businesses across the globe. Most importantly, it was a collaboration with a global OEM to develop its first autonomous driving project in 2006 that has defined our journey. Since then, we’ve become a household name for automotive, IoT and security software solutions.
