When it comes to HAD (Highly Autonomous Driving), there are huge chunks of data that need to be taken care of. Numerous sensors such as cameras, radar or LIDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) deliver all different kinds of scenarios that are recorded via a ROS (Robot Operating System). Highly qualified staff are dealing with the issue of making ROS data accessible to operating systems other than Linux. The car receives this data and transmits it to a cloud database via mobile technology. Once uploaded, the data can be classified and utilised for creating algorithms according to case-specific scenarios.
